The Sales Specialist's responsibilities include :
Business-to-Business lead generation and sales prospecting. This includes tasks such as cold calling, gathering sales intelligence, handling complaints
Generate Collaterals, presentations, research notes for these prospects & be able to provide, collate and present competitive information, market intelligence as and when required for targeted prospects.
Identify qualified names upto CXO levels along with email ids, phone numbers and ultimately set up a meetings for vertical team and Regional Sales Managers with prospective customers
Should have good knowledge of evaluating a prospect and be able to carry out systematic market analysis
Knowledge of Organization service domains and life-cycles knowledge of PM Practices and ability to adapt them to the Organization.
Required Skills & Experience
Self-motivated, goal oriented, and dependable
Able to work independently at home with remote supervision
Excellent telephone and written communication skills, attention to detail
Professional upbeat telephone voice, strong probing skills, persistence
Able to engage management decision makers and influencers at any level
Inside sales or customer service experience in a business-to-business environment
Proven track record in cold calling, sales prospecting and appointment setting
Understand organizational structures and decision making process
