The Sales Specialist's responsibilities include :

  • Business-to-Business lead generation and sales prospecting. This includes tasks such as cold calling, gathering sales intelligence, handling complaints
  • Generate Collaterals, presentations, research notes for these prospects & be able to provide, collate and present competitive information, market intelligence as and when required for targeted prospects.
  • Identify qualified names upto CXO levels along with email ids, phone numbers and ultimately set up a meetings for vertical team and Regional Sales Managers with prospective customers
  • Should have good knowledge of evaluating a prospect and be able to carry out systematic market analysis
  • Knowledge of Organization service domains and life-cycles knowledge of PM Practices and ability to adapt them to the Organization.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, and dependable
  • Able to work independently at home with remote supervision
  • Excellent telephone and written communication skills, attention to detail
  • Professional upbeat telephone voice, strong probing skills, persistence
  • Able to engage management decision makers and influencers at any level
  • Inside sales or customer service experience in a business-to-business environment
  • Proven track record in cold calling, sales prospecting and appointment setting
  • Understand organizational structures and decision making process
