LSTA 2025 Annual Conference

Our annual member conference features LSTA experts and key industry leaders sharing insights on the corporate loan market trends of the past year, including breakout sessions on topics of specific interest. Our 2025 Annual Conference looked both back and forward at the state of the corporate loan market. In celebrating LSTA’s 30th anniversary, LSTA revisited some of the key market events that shaped the industry as it is today, from the emergence of the Morningstar Index to the LIBOR-to-SOFR transition. At the same time, speakers looked at the emerging trends and technologies that predicate changes to corporate lending, from the central role now played by private credit to AI, blockchain and other technological innovations.
