SEC’s 44th Annual Small Business Forum

The SEC’s Office of the Advocate for Small Business Capital Formation hosted the 44th Annual Small Business Forum at SEC Headquarters in Washington D.C. The 44th Annual Forum featured remarks from the Acting Chairman and each of the Commissioners and thoughtful discussions with members of the public and private sectors relating to improving policy affecting how entrepreneurs, small businesses, and smaller public companies raise capital from investors.
